Refund policy
Due to the specialized nature of our products, we do not accept returns. As we deal in genetics and live animals, the integrity and quality of our products cannot be guaranteed once they leave our facility. This policy is in place to ensure the health and safety of our products and customers.
Non-Returnable Items
All sales are final. We cannot accept returns on any purchases due to the risk of product degradation and contamination. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Genetic materials
- Live animals

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you encounter any issues such as defective or damaged items, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at adam@wackelfarmswagyu.com. We will assess the situation and work diligently to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
Given the nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges. Please ensure your order is correct at the time of purchase.
Refunds
Due to our no-return policy, refunds are only available in exceptional circumstances, such as receiving defective or incorrect items. If such a situation arises, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we will evaluate the case. If a refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
